ELSI Terms of Reference
The terms of reference define the purpose, role, geographic area, membership and the membership selection process, meeting schedule and subcommittees of the Esquimalt Lagoon Stewardship Initiative. This document will be updated from time to time as membership changes and as the stewardship plan for Esquimalt Laroon and Coburg Peninsula evolves. It will be used to provide a framework for ELSI to operate within and to communicate information to interested organizations and the broader community.
